DUTY

The Directorate General of Economic Development and Investment in Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of economic development and investment in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration.

FUNCTION

The Directorate General of Economic Development and Investment in Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration carries out the following functions:

1. formulation of policies in the field of technical planning for economic development and investment, development of economic and investment institutions, investment services, development of superior products, as well as promotion and marketing of superior products in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration;
2. 
   implementation of policies in the field of technical planning for economic development and investment, development of economic and investment institutions, investment services, development of superior products, as well as promotion and marketing of superior products in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration;
3. 
   preparation of norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the field of technical planning for economic development and investment, development of economic and investment institutions, investment services, development of superior products, as well as promotion and marketing of superior products in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration;
4. 
   providing technical guidance and supervision in the field of technical planning for economic development and investment, development of economic and investment institutions, investment services, development of superior products, as well as promotion and marketing of superior products in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration;
5. 
   implementation of evaluation and reporting in the field of technical planning for economic development and investment, development of economic and investment institutions, investment services, development of superior products, as well as promotion and marketing of superior products in villages, disadvantaged areas, and transmigration;
6. 
   implementation of the administration of the Directorate General of Economic Development and Investment in Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration; and
7. 
   implementation of other functions assigned by the Minister
